Performer Application

Thank you so much for your interest in performing at the 2025 Yellow Pine Harmonica Festival! We are grateful for your willingness to contribute. All the info you need to apply is below. Please take the time to read and understand this information. We really want to help make your performance an awesome experience for you and others. Providing good information will help us, help you.

 

What you need to know: 

 

  • All performance spots are volunteer only. No pay. 

  • Performers are allowed to put out a tip jar and sell merch. 

  • Family friendly event. This means no drug or alcohol consumption on stage. Performers must be sober during performances. No foul language on stage, etc. 

  • All applicants/bands will be vetted. We have a vetting team that will be watching your videos, looking at your content and selecting the performers that best fit the mission of our event. Having good content will help you! 

  • We have a limited number of performance spots. Registration will be closed on Feb 10th and then the vetting process will begin.  

 

What you’ll need to apply:

 

  • Basic contact information: Name, phone, email, etc. 

  • Band info including: Band name, band member names, picture,  bio, genre, etc. 

  • Website or social media URL

  • Performance video URL (Youtube, Facebook, etc)

  • Stage plot/Inputs information (PDF)
